2015 Summer

Intensive Apraxia Therapy

• Nine weeks June 15 – August 14

• Ages 33 months to 18 years

With three to five weekly sessions of speech-language and / or occupational therapy, we will customize our intensive program to meet your child’s needs. 

An evaluation is required to be completed prior to starting the intensive therapy.  You may provide an evaluation report from a licensed speech-language pathologist or occupational therapist which has been completed in the past six months.  We will determine whether further evaluation is needed.  With your input, we will create a formal treatment plan with short term goals to be achieved by the end of summer.  Consistent attendance is imperative to achieve these goals. 

We are in-network with BCBS PPO.  Other insurances may cover your services at their out-of-network percentage.  We recommend you check with your insurance to determine your benefits.
